After earning her bachelor’s degree in journalism while living in Poland, Joanna moved to the U.S. This transition taught her adaptability and how to find opportunity in new challenges—qualities that shape her leadership approach. Her diverse experience spans journalism, real estate, and legal services, giving her strong communication and organizational skills.
At OneTeam Financial, Joanna finds purpose in helping others. She helps drive strategies that connect with clients, while building meaningful partnerships and shapes the supportive atmosphere that makes the firm feel like family.
Outside of the office, Joanna enjoys spending time with her family, boat trips and reading.
