Andrew "Drew" Serzan is the head of private client and executive life insurance planning and a founding partner of OneTeam Financial. Over the past two decades, he has built his career in the financial services and insurance planning industry by focusing on long-term relationships with his clients and fellow professionals.

Andrew's passions include working with individuals and businesses in the areas of retirement, wealth transfer and preservation, life insurance and financial planning as part of a holistic plan. With a specialty in high-income and high-net-worth clientele, Andrew designs and oversees sophisticated insurance strategies to help ensure efficient and effective asset transfer and cash flow preservation.

He works diligently to help clients understand the decisions and opportunities presented by their unique situations, working alongside them and their other advisors to help implement their strategic plan.

Andrew graduated from N.J.C.U. with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and has earned professional certifications in long-term care planning as well as Social Security. 

In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and kids, traveling, cooking and following his favorite sports teams. He resides with his family in Colts Neck, New Jersey.
