Making a Difference for Retirees
"I couldn't be prouder of Ash receiving this well-deserved recognition," said Dave Buckwald, CEO and Founder. "What sets him apart isn't just knowing every Social Security rule in the book—it's how he genuinely cares about helping people make smart choices. Our clients constantly tell me how relieved they feel after working with him. He takes something that's incredibly confusing for most people and makes it manageable. That kind of expertise lifts our entire team."
At OneTeam Financial, Ash helps clients navigate the complexities of Social Security planning as they transition from saving for retirement to spending in retirement. His specialized knowledge is crucial in helping retirees make informed decisions about their benefits.
"Social Security has over 2,700 rules that can prevent you from receiving every dollar you've earned if not understood properly. For many Americans, it can be one of their largest retirement benefits," said Ahluwalia. "I'm honored by this recognition and remain passionate about helping clients understand and fully claim their retirement income benefits to reach their goals."
NJBIZ will honor recipients at a ceremony on April 29, 2025, from 8 - 10 a.m. at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset.
